Register online for recruitment beginning in August 2015!
Partially-structured recruitment takes place in September. Interested women register for recruitment online and pay a $25 fee. The money is deposited into the Panhellenic account and used for recruitment expenses and Panhellenic programs held throughout the year. Panhellenic recruitment is a mutual matching process. As potential new members attend events, they rank each sorority from one to three according to their level of interest. Meanwhile, sororities also rank the potential new members based on who is the best fit for the organization. A computer system called ICS matches potential new members with a sorority based on those mutual rankings. Each potential new member may receive up to one bid. Not every woman is guaranteed to receive a bid; sororities are limited as to how many new women they can bid during recruitment. In order to maximize their chances of matching with a sorority, potential new members are encouraged to keep an open mind and consider the benefits of each chapter.

(Alpha Kappa Alpha, Zeta Phi Beta)
Alpha Kappa Alpha and Zeta Phi Beta use a recruitment process known as new member intake. The process is by invitation only. Women who are interested in joining one of these sororities should attend information sessions and other sorority-hosted programs to meet the current members and find out more about their traditions and requirements.
(Sigma Nu, Phi Kappa Tau)
Fraternity rush takes place in September. Interested men register for rush by attending an information session on Sunday, September 13, 2015. The Interfraternity Council sponsors this event, which offers member fraternities a chance to share the traditions and values of their organizations. After the information session, both fraternities host events during rush week (September 14-19, 2015). Interested men should attend as many events as possible to get to know both chapters and find the best fit. Each potential new member can receive up to two bids. There is no guarantee of receiving a bid.
