New requirements for the major and the minor in Mathematics

Areas of interest include statistics, real analysis, history of mathematics. anything French (language, cooking, eating, wine, movies,...), reading, gardens, sailing, Peter Rabbit and Benjamin Bunny, and reading to my 6-year-old son William. We are currently reading Arthur Ransome's Swallows and Amazons series.

I am collaborating with Elizabeth Malcolm, EES, Maynard Schaus, Biology, and a lot of students on a greenroof monitoring project that is funded by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
