Virginia Wesleyan faculty and staff members may reserve College vehicles for transportation on College-related trips. Requests should be submitted at least one week in advance.

Important information you need to know about vehicle reservations:
- The number of vehicles is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
- Reservations for vehicles can be made up to one year in advance of your travel date.
- You will be responsible for refilling the vehicle (no matter how far you travel) with gas and making sure it is returned in a clean fashion. Returning the vehicle in a timely fashion is imperative.
- No more than 9 passengers, not including the driver, can ride in the vans at one time.
- You must be on the College's insurance policy to reserve and drive College vans. Please see Elain Aird in the business office to go through this process.
Virginia Wesleyan College (VWC, the College) vehicles may only be reserved by VWC faculty and staff members.
Virginia Wesleyan does not allow the use or transport of controlled substances, alcohol or tobacco products in its vehicles. The College reserves the right to refuse transport to any individual for violations of College policies.
It is understood that Virginia Wesleyan is not liable for any accident or injuries sustained from use of the College vehicles.
