The MTA provides local transportation runs for student doctor appointments, and to Norfolk International Airport. Requests should be submitted at least 1 week in advance.
For doctors appointments, students can pick up a Transportation Request Form at the HUB in the Jane P. Batten Student Center. This form should be completed and returned to Brandon Elliott, whose office is located in the Athletic Corridor of the Jane P. Batten Student Center.
Important information you need to know about MTA transportation runs:
- All transportation requests need to be made at least 1 week in advance.
- Transportation for emergency doctors appointments and/or trips to the Urgent Care should be scheduled through Health Services
- On the weekends, the MTA will operate during the hours of the Marlin Express.
