Clubs and organizations
There are over 75 clubs and organizations here at Virginia Wesleyan College. See a list of current clubs and organzations or learn how to start your own club or organization.
Wesleyan Activities Council (WAC)
WAC is the programming board dedicated to providing quality weekend events and entertainment for the campus community. The WAC committee includes Intercultural Cultural and Educational (ICE) which offecrs educational programming for our students on and off campus; Main Stage which plans bands, blue chips events, and comedians; TGIF which programs Friday night activities and athletic pre-game events; Traditions which supports the campus tradiations of Homeconing, pep rallies, and S.G.A. sponsored events; and VWC and Beyond which overseas recreational and off campus social activities.
Student Government Association
The Student Government Association is the liaison between the student body and the College adminstration. The S.G.A. and the Senators host activities which benefit the entire campus community such as Orientation Weekend, Student Forums, Homecoming, and Spring Fling.
Greek life
Join in our more than 20 years of strong tradition and excellence at Virginia Wesleyan College. Greek Life makes up one of the largest student organizations on our campus. Students involved in fraternities and sororities promote the ideals of community service, leadership and strong academic success.
All of the fraternities and sororities strive for awards on the college and national level. Within our college community organizations compete for the Greek Cup. The Greek Excellence Awards are given out each May at the Leadership Awards Ceremony.
