The Village Coordinator position is designed exclusively for individuals enrolled in a graduate program in higher education, student personnel, or related fields. Each Village Coordinator will be responsible for managing a residential area either in Bray Village, Village II, or Brock Village. The Village Coordinator will supervise a Resident Assistant staff of 8 and one Village Assistant. Village Coordinators will assist with the College's judicial process and will draft correspondence to students and parents for the Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students. Village Coordinators will share on-call duty responsibilities with the Village Assistants.
