8th Annual RECX Cardboard Boat Regatta 1:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
8th Annual RECX Cardboard Boat Regatta
will be held on Friday, April 24! Join RECX on the small seas as teams race their cardboard flotillas in the Batten Center Pool, starting at 1:30 p.m.
Teams will construct a vessel out of supplied materials. Three members of the team will then race in the vessel down and back in the pool without sinking down to Davy Jone's Locker. ARRRRRR! Compete with your hall mates, classmates, teammates or professors! Supplies will be given out on Monday, April 20. This event is open to VWC students, faculty and staff.
