Nov 16: Poet Michael O'Brien http://www.vwc.edu/news_events/calendar/index.php Please join the English Department and the Wesleyan Activities Council in hosting Fall Poet in Residence, Michael O'Brien. Mr. O'Brien is from Granville, NY, studied in Fordham, the University of Paris and Columbia. He has written many books such as The Summer Poems, Conversations at the West End, Blue Springs, and Veil just to name a few. He will be on campus Monday November 16 from 1:30 p.m. -2:45 p.m. visiting ENG 248: American Literature. On Monday November 16 there will be a Poetry Reading at 7 p.m. in Hofheimer Theater. On Tuesday November 17 we will have another Poetry Reading at 11 a.m. in the Boyd Shafer Room. Micheal O'Brien will also be available for book signings.
