"I hope to see you On the Campaign Trail at Virginia Wesleyan's Homecoming and Family Weekend, Friday–Sunday, Oct. 3–5, 2008. We're always happy to gather our extended family on the campus for a weekend of great entertainment, food, athletics, fun and fellowship. In this year's optional mini-classes, you also can engage with some Virginia Wesleyan faculty who will be considering the 2008 presidential election from the perspectives of their academic fields. Kick off Homecoming week with Kenny Santucci and Evan Starkam from MTV’s The Real World/Road Rules Challenges and Fresh Meat. Join us to hear all about Kenny and Evan and their experiences on the show. This event is FREE for VWC students, $5 for adults and for non-VWC students it is $3. Press Pass
A PRESS PASS will provide admission to Homecoming & Family Weekend events. Parents/Alumni: $37, Students/Siblings: $25, Current VWC Students/Children 5 and under: FREE. Events which are of additional charge are noted. Registered guests will be given their PRESS PASS upon check-in at the HUB in the Jane P. Batten Student Center. If you have not pre-registered, you may purchase a PRESS PASS at the HUB during Pick-up times. Pick-up times are Friday, October 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, October 4 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Guests planning to attend the Homecoming Tailgate ONLY may purchase tickets for admission at the door on Saturday, October 4 (Adults $9, Students and Children $5, and VWC students and children 5 years and younger are free).
