The Virginia Wesleyan College Adult Studies Program is actively seeking artists and artisans interested in participating in the program's Artisans Expo November 3 and 4, 2007. All proceeds from the event will help create a new scholarship fund for the Adult Studies Program at Virginia Wesleyan. Our goal is to provide area artists and craftsmen with a local showcase event.
The juried event will feature fine arts, hand crafts, pottery, stained glass, fiber arts, photography, jewelry, handmade dolls, quilts, woodcrafts, metalwork, leather, decorative arts, mixed media and more. Seventy 10' wide by 8' deep display spaces (as well as a limited number of 10' x 10' spaces) will be available to exhibitors at a fee of $130 for the two-day event. A limited number of spaces with electrical access is also available. An application and additional information can be downloaded through the link below. Questions may be directed to Catherine Anninos at 757.455.3213, or Kathleen Reese at 757.233.8761.
