Going to College with the Adult Studies Program
Do you know an adult who has expressed an interest in going to college? Virginia Wesleyan's Adult Studies program is holding informational sessions on Thursday, Feb. 12 and March 12 at 6 p.m. in Clarke Hall. Topics such as degree programs offered, tips for success, learning support available for non-traditional students, credit transfers, guaranteed admission for Virginia community college students, employer tuition deferral programs, financial aid options and how to enroll will be covered. Alumni and friends are invited to gather at the Smokey Pig in Ashland, Va., from 12-1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14, before the men's basketball game at Randolph-Macon College.
