Marriages and Births

  • Diane (Greentree) Tschirgi '94 and her husband, Charter,Tschirgi family welcomed son Nolan (pictured) on May 27, 2005. The Tschirgis live in Juneau, Alaska.
  • Adam Blagg '95 and his wife, Christy '96, welcomed third child Lena Grace (pictured) on Nov. 26, 2005. Lena joins big Jacob, Lena and Kira Blagg
    brother Jacob, 5, and big sister Kira, 3.
  • Chad Longe '99 and his wife, Colleen, welcomed daughter Juliette Alyn Longe on Aug. 25, 2005. Juliette joins half-brother Luis, 5. The Longes reside in Virginia Beach, Va., where Chad and Colleen both work for Virginia Beach Public Schools.

Personal Updates

  • Bruce C. Goodson '79 is Chairman of the James City County Board of Supervisors.
  • Molly Bochenek '92 is a psychotherapist for Pediatric & Adolescent Psychiatry Associates ADHD Center of Northern New Jersey in Morristown, N.J. She and her husband, Joe, and son, Gus, reside in Fanwood, N.J.
  • Ken Fowler '93 (pictured with wife Jennie '94) participated Ken and Jennie Fowlerin the ESPN National Golf Challenge National Finals Tournament in Las Vegas, Nev. on Nov. 15 and 16. The two-day, two-man best-ball tournament was sponsored by ESPN, Callaway Golf and Mandalay Bay and was aired on ESPN2 on Dec. 17.
  • Giorgio C. Valentini '98 is a Communications Design Specialist for CCG Systems, Inc., a fleet business software design company based in Norfolk, Va. He is also the Owner and Art Director for Genesis Graphic Design, a freelance commercial advertising design company in Virginia Beach, Va.

In Memoriam

  • Margaret Stengel '94 passed away March 3, 2005. Margaret was a Health and Human Services major and lived in Walnut Grove, Mo.
  • Stephen E. Steinhilber '73 passed away Dec. 2, 2005. Stephen, a former member of the National Guard, was a successful restaurateur who had recently retired from his family's business in Steinhilber's restaurant. Stephen was a History and Political Science major.
