Hofheimer Library lends a variety of audio-visual equipment and materials to Virginia Wesleyan College faculty, staff and students. With a current VWC ID card, students may check out up to 10 AV items at one time. All reservations for AV equipment or materials should be made by contacting Audio Visual Coordinator, Karen Hill x3239. The library also accepts donations of new or used CDs, videos and DVDs.

The following equipment may be picked up at the Information Desk or AV Office on the first floor of Hofheimer Library. Signature and valid VWC ID is required. Checkout period is on a need-to-have basis.

Viewing/listening rooms
Five viewing rooms are located in Hofheimer Library: 3 small rooms (4-person capacity) and 2 large rooms (25-30 people) on the second floor.
The second floor rooms may be reserved in advance to view videotapes, DVDs, laser discs or listen to records, cassette tapes or CDs. One of the viewing rooms has a 60 inch, large-screen television.
