Sally Shedd received her Ph.D. in Theatre and Film from the University of Kansas and has trained at the National Shakespeare Conservatory and the American Conservatory Theatre. Since coming to VWC in 1999, she has directed a wide range of plays including Anything Goes, The Children's Hour, Medea, Much Ado About Nothing, and Oleanna. In addition to her duties as Professor of Theatre, Dr. Shedd is Chair of the Humanities Division & College Marshal. She is a member of the Association for Theatre in Higher Education's Professional Development Committee.
