TIME:
Men’s 8,000m race – 11 a.m
Women’s 6,000m race – 12 p.m.
COURSE:
The course is on the Virginia Wesleyan College campus, which stradles the border of Norfolk and Virginia Beach, VA. It is very flat, with the large majority of the course on grass, with several road crossings. It is extremely spectator friendly. Course maps will be available online and on race day.
VIEWING:
The course will open for viewing on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning until race time.
AWARDS:
Medals to the top 14 finishers in each race. Team plaque to the winning team in each race.
ENTRIES:
$50.00 per team/gender or $100.00 for both men and women’s teams. Entries can be sent via e-mail to mlittleton@vwc.edu. Please have your entries in by Friday evening Oct. 24.
RESULTS:
Race results will be available shortly after the completion of each race.
The timing and results will be done by Kale Running, a professional race timing company.

There is a wide variety of restaurants on Northampton Blvd and Military Highway where most of the hotels listed are located, which are all very close to campus. There’s everything from fast food (such as Subway, McDonalds, Hardees, Wendy’s, etc…) to places such as Ruby Tuesdays, Olive Garden, Uno’s Pizza and so forth.
