Rick Hinshaw, Vice President for Enrollment Management and Dean of Admissions, has been at Virginia Wesleyan for ten years. He has worked in college admissions for over 30 years. "The favorable growth of new buildings, a strong student body, and full residence halls have really impacted this campus in recent years" is Rick's statement about his time at VWC. He lives in Chesapeake with his wife, Lou Ann, and children, Brad and Mary Blake. Rick enjoys traveling to new places, listening to blues, jazz and classic rock, and working with students.
