Parents and Family

We're pleased that your son or daughter is interested in attending Virginia Wesleyan College. With our small class sizes (11:1 student/faculty ratio), our exceptional professors and our rich social and challenging athletic environments, we have a lot to offer.

Parents and students alike appreciate knowing that 95 percent of our graduates find employment within one year of graduation. That's no accident. In fact, we offer a number of programs and services to help students find the best, most rewarding career path. Be sure to ask about our Career Services Center and the PORTfolio program.

As a parent, you are very important to us. We hope you'll be involved not only in our Family Weekend, held during Homecoming each fall, but also in our Parents' Council. A great way to get acquainted is to visit campus with your son or daughter.
