Inquire about financial aid programs sponsored by your or your parents' employers. Also pursue financial aid scholarships on the web and through your church, public school system, local businesses, grocery stores, department stores, banks, credit unions, pharmaceutical companies, national brands and companies such as Tylenol, Pepsi-Cola, Kellogg's, Wal-Marts, K-Marts, etc. Check also with local civic groups and professional organizations. Scholarships are out there, you just have to take the time to look for them and then apply!

Software Providers Education Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements:
(1) Student who graduated high school between August 1, 2013-June 1, 2014, who will be enrolled as a freshman at a two-year or four-year college or university during fall 2014
(2) a student enrolled during the 2013-2014 academic year and in good academic standing at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university who will continue such full-time enrollment throughout the entire 2014-2015 academic year.

Anyoption Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for the scholarship participants must be less than 25 years of age and enrolled fulltime in a higher level education institute. The subject of study is not specifically related to any particular field, it is open to anyone who is studying fulltime to earn a degree, diploma or certificate.

VALS:  The Association for Legal Professionals

Eligibility Requirements:  The applicant must be someone who will be furthering their career with an interest/major in the legal field.  This can include, but not limited to lawyer, paralegal, court reporter, legal secretary/assistant, etc.

Wesleyan Promise

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Enrollment as a full-time, degree-seeking, day student in the spring 2015 semester.
  • Meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress.
  • Financial need based on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and our review of your existing financial aid package.
  • Student must complete the FAFSA to receive an award, but may submit Wesleyan Promise application prior to completing FAFSA.

Van Sant's Veterans' Educational Scholarship Program

Eligibility Requirements: -Applicant must be a veteran of the US Armed Forces with an Honorable Discharge. -A copy of your military record (DD Form 214). -A copy of your student ID or other proof of college enrolment. -A 500-word essay outlining your experience in the military and your educational goals.
