Admitted Student Days

May 1 is the national decision deadline for admitted students to inform colleges of their enrollment plans. With this date quickly approaching, the Admissions Office invites all fall 2008 admitted students to take a closer look at VWC. Students who have already made a commitment to attend VWC are also invited.

During an Admitted Student Day, students will have the opportunity to take a campus tour, meet with representatives from Financial Aid and Admissions, listen to a student panel and enjoy lunch in the Boyd Dining Hall, on us!

Availability is limited; therefore, reservations are required. Financial aid appointments are only available to students who have received a financial aid award package.

Option 1: Saturdays - April 5, April 19 and April 26

9:30 - 10:45 a.m. Meet with a Financial Aid representative (15 minute appointments only)*
11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Campus tour
12 - 12:30 p.m. Student panel
12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Meet with an Admissions staff member and/or have lunch in the Boyd Dining Hall, on us

* There are a limited number of financial aid appointments available. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.

** Students with financial aid appointments during Session A are invited to attend the 11:30 a.m. campus tour and 12:30 p.m. student panel. Students with financial aid appointments during Session B are invited to attend the 12:30 p.m. student panel and 1:30 p.m. campus tour.

Option 3: VWC Day Saturday, April 12

VWC Day is a day long Open House event. During this program, you will be afforded the opportunity to do the following:

  • Take our of the Virginia Wesleyan campus led by student ambassadors
  • Meet faculty members to discuss areas of academic interest
  • Ask questions of interest regarding admissions, extracurricular activities, residence hall life, and more.
  • Enjoy a complimentary lunch in our Dining Hall.
