Microsoft Office Tutorials
Information Technology Services offers a series of tutorials developed by Tom Murray of Lynchburg College. These tutorials will teach you how to use the programs in the Microsoft Office suite with step by step instructions.
Programs covered include:
You can access the tutorials two ways:
- You can contact the Information Technology Services Helpdesk at 455-3111 to arrange to receive a CD-ROM containing all of the tutorials. The CD-ROM is free of charge to students, faculty and staff.
- You can access the tutorials on web by visiting http://www.officetutorials.com.
Some of the tutorial files are rather large in size and may take a bit of time to download over a dial-up connection. Therefore, we recommend dial-up users to visit the Help Desk to get the CD-ROM. If you are accessing the web site from campus, download time should not be an issue.
The tutorials are in Word format, so you must have Microsoft Word installed on your machine in order to be able to access the documents.
