Abstract

In this study, I examined the morphology and distribution of cuticular structures on legs I and II of adult males of the zalmoxid harvestmen, Panopiliops reimoseri. I used SEM to compare the distribution of sensilla chaetica, spines, tubercles, dermal pores, and trichomes that occur on the trochanter, femur, patella, tibia, metatarsus and tarsus. The results of my study revealed similar distribution patterns of sensory structures along the lengths of legs I and II.
