Abstract
Previous studies have found that self esteem is a variable that is often associated with exercise. Our study implemented the use of an assessment tool which tested the effects of exercise on college students’ self-esteem. Findings confirmed this positive correlation, suggesting that education on the benefits of healthy lifestyles are correlated with high self-esteem. Our results suggest that we successfully created a questionnaire, which measures the extent to which a college student's self-esteem is reliant on independent exercise.
