This is a qualitative, ethnographic study in which I traveled to Browning, Montana and participated in the VWC college immersion program at the De La Salle Blackfeet School. While there I acted as a participant observer and conducted informal interviews with students and teachers at the school. The interviews were based on a survey with open-ended questions. From the responses to the surveys and from my observations I was able to form conclusions concerning how the college immersion program impacts the educational perspectives of middle-school students.
