Intraspecific variation within the reproductive anatomy of the harvestmen Cynortula granulata was examined. The reproductive anatomy was removed form 24 females and 20 males. These specimens were then preserved, dried and coated with gold and examined with a Scanning Electron Microscope to note any variations within the structures. The number of seta as well as the morphologies of the seta were examined on the female ovipositor. The various seta morphologies, gland shape, stylus structure and ventral plate shape were all examined on the male penis. These structures are important to the reproduction of the species and variation within these structures could provide important clues to their reproductive capabilities.
