Abstract
A good friend of mine has difficulty passing tests due to her severe test anxiety. The problems she faces as a student got me interested in the topic of test anxiety and made me want to do my research project on it. I am doing my study on the effects of high and low test anxiety and students' perception of the importance of a course, either high or low importance, on the need for structure in courses. I have learned a lot through the process of doing this project. Something I believe is very important to be aware of during this process is to stay on track. I have learned that if you do not let yourself get behind then the level of stress that is experienced decreases.
