I am trying to prove and use data to show that baseball managers are better suited for business management than actual business managers. That their experiences in managing players help to better prepare them and make them more qualified. Also that the things that CEOS and other top level bosses look for are not only the same things that general managers and owners in baseball look to hire but are more prevalent in baseball managers.
