College Athletics and its benefits on Managerial Skills

Abstract

Have you ever wondered if college athletes have an advantage over non-college athletes in the real world? There have been many studies done that suggest that people who play a sport in college acquire better skills that can help them become more successful. My project relates this topic to management positions. It shows the relationship between being a college athlete, and being a successful manager. It looks at the skills gained from playing a college sport, and how that can be beneficial in a management position.
