Is quality control in a restaurant business worth it? This research topic will go in depth with what is most important to restaurant management. Whether it be creating customer satisfaction, or generating a large profit. Quality control has a big impact on businesses, but is it really worth it in the long run? Different management have different views and ideas on this, and I also have my own. Through this research paper I will discuss all the different views and perceptions paired with quality control, and my poster will display my findings in a decision matrix that will show the best possible answer to my question, “is quality control worth it?”.
