Our research team worked with the local food bank in conducting qualitative and quantatative analysis of food bank operations. Observational analyses were conducted of food bank procedures, and surveys were administrated to food bank clients. The survery addressed such questions as dietary needs, food bank utilization, and satisfaction with food bank service. Clients were also invited to share their own reccomendations. Findings and recommendations based on the data have been shared with the food bank to identify areas of which they may better engage the local community.
