We look at the role of the cheerleader and the affect that it can have on management. The cheerleader style of management is compared to other styles of management to determine whether or not it is affective. We look at how people respond to the cheerleader role in management and how affective it is for companies. It is determined that the cheerleader style of management, when compared to others can be very affective.
