Abstract

For my project, I researched the history of the medieval morality play Everyman. I focused on its place in theatre history as well as some possible sources for its plot and themes. I look at the impact Everyman has had, and show how it has lasted throughout the ages and remains a relevant play for today's audiences. I also provide a guide to some of the archaic language used in this medieval play.
