Students who are interested in giving either an oral or poster presentation at this year’s Undergraduate Research Symposium should fill out this form. The form asks for project information, including course information, the title of project, and an abstract of the project. Students should have this information prepared before they submit the form.

It is recommended that students review their abstracts with their faculty research mentors before submitting this form.

The last date to submit this form is Friday, April 18th. However, it would be greatly appreciated if students filled it out as soon as their research is sufficiently complete to provide an abstract.

Divisional symposium sessions are organized by Undergraduate Research Coordinators in each of VWC’s academic divisions. If you have specific questions about a divisional session, contact the Undergraduate Research Coordinator for your division.
