The secondary education program is designed to provide the successful student with an endorsement appropriate to teaching in the middle and high schools in grades 6-12. The student must complete the following: the general studies requirements of the college, the selected major from the following: Social Studies; English; Journalism (add-on endorsement); Mathematics or Science (Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science); and the sequence of professional education courses and field experiences.
