The Virginia Wesleyan College Adult Studies Program offers three degrees that lead to licensure for teaching in the State of Virginia. Courses for each of these degree programs are offered in the evening and on weekends. They are the same degree programs offered in the VWC Day Program, but cater to the time schedule of working adults.
The degrees are: Prescribed Interdivisional Major - Elementary (PIDME); Prescribed Interdivisional Major (PIDM) Special Education; Social Studies Education (6-12)
All VWC degree requirements, coursework, assessments and field experiences apply.
