Quantitative Perspectives Advising Guide
Graduation requirement: One Quantitative Perspectives (Q) course.
- AP credit is available for Calculus AB, Calculus BC, and Statistics. This AP credit satisfies the Q graduation requirement. Similarly, transfer and dual enrollment credits may apply.
- Freshmen who want or need Calculus (Math 135, 171 or 172) should take the course this FALL. Math 135 and Math 171 are offered only in the Fall.
- Math 210 Introductory Statistics and PSY 210 Statistical Analysis in Psychology are not open to freshmen.
- Multiple sections of Math 210 are offered every semester. One section of Math 210 is offered in selected Winter Sessions.
