Course Enhancement Funding Request Form, 2012-13

Note:  Full time teaching faculty can presume that their enhancements will be funded up to $400 for the year, as long as the proposed expenses directly support educational enhancements, as opposed to supporting, e.g., catering costs or faculty development.  Funding requests in excess of $400 will be reviewed by a committee of faculty charged with overseeing a second budget reserved for more elaborate enhancements requiring up to an additional $1,000.
