Virginia Wesleyan has 39 majors spread throughout the Humanities, Natural Science and Mathematics and Social Science divisions, as well as interdisciplinary and individualized majors. We offer an array of programs in a variety of disciplines, from chemistry and biology to communications and criminal justice, from religious studies to recreation and leisure studies, as well as special programs like PORTfolio, Honors & Scholars, internships, and our Undergraduate Research Symposium.
13:1 Student/Teacher Ratio
At Virginia Wesleyan, you will not be stuck in a huge classroom with 200 other students and a graduate assistant as a teacher. The faculty at Virginia Wesleyan College will guide you through your college career. Our 13:1 student/teacher ratio means you will get lots of one-on-one counsel and guidance.
