Virginia Wesleyan College Celebrates 50 Years!

Virginia Wesleyan’s 50th Anniversary is finally here and it's time to celebrate!

We have fun and exciting festivities planned for our 50th Anniversary! Our year-long anniversary celebration will begin with a Founders’ Reception and Concert and will continue throughout the 2011-12 academic year with a number of exciting activities including a special Fall Convocation, Homecoming and Parent Weekend, a lecture series by faculty entitled “What does 50 look like?”, a Community Luncheon, and a Campus Barbeque.

We hope you will take advantage of this special time in our College’s history to reconnect with old friends and to create new relationships. We are looking forward to seeing all of our Virginia Wesleyan family and friends back on campus at the events planned for this incredible year that has been 50 years in the making!
